I contacted the Shafer Insurance Agency with multiple insurance needs, and everyone I have come in contact with has been beyond helpful and friendly. Kim promptly directed me to who I needed to speak with. Stanton Oster and Mike Compton were both very professional, thorough, and efficient with getting my insurance needs quoted. Carol and Lynn were both very quick with sending out all the needed paperwork along with sending me copies of my new insurance policies. Overall, great customer service, and great experience. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for any type of insurance!
