Testimonials

Our company uses Shafer Insurance because of the outstanding service their company provides consistently. Not only do they work to find us the lowest premiums but when ever we have an issue they work hard to make sure the issue is resolved no matter what it is. I consider Shafer Insurance to be more than a vendor .. they are a partner with our company. .. one that I trust. Anyone would be well served to use Shafer Insurance for all their insurance needs.

Thank you Shafer Insurance Agency with saving me over $1,600 per year on my current homeowners and auto insurance policies. I can’t believe I’ve been over paying for 25 years! Plus, I now have more coverage then I previously had. I will definitely recommend Shafer Insurance to everyone needing to re-evaluate their current coverage!

Jennifer Sandifer

Got a reasonable quote in a timely fashion from a friendly agent. That’s an A. One company had me wait 24 hrs and substantial price difference.

Carolyn Kincaid

I contacted the Shafer Insurance Agency with multiple insurance needs, and everyone I have come in contact with has been beyond helpful and friendly. Kim promptly directed me to who I needed to speak with. Stanton Oster and Mike Compton were both very professional, thorough, and efficient with getting my insurance needs quoted. Carol and Lynn were both very quick with sending out all the needed paperwork along with sending me copies of my new insurance policies. Overall, great customer service, and great experience. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for any type of insurance!
