Andrew Lee

Andrew serves as a Director of Employee Benefits, helping clients across a diverse cross-section of industries including nonprofits, healthcare and professional services, manufacturing and skilled trades, education and civic organizations, and hospitality and service industries. Born in Louisville, KY, Andrew has called East Tennessee home since childhood, graduating from Morristown West High School before attending the University of Tennessee, where he earned a B.S. in Health and Human Sciences and played baseball for the Volunteers before being drafted by the Washington Nationals and spending 8 seasons in professional baseball.

His lines of coverage include Health (fully insured, self-insured, and level funded), Life, Dental, Vision, Disability, Accident, Critical Illness/Cancer, Business Owner/Executive Coverage, Long Term Care, Prepaid Legal/ID Theft Protection, , and HSA/FSA/HRA. Andrew holds a Self-Funded certification through the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP) and is an active member of both NABIP and the local downtown Rotary Club.
