Scott Carter

Scott Carter is a Client Executive in our Commercial Lines department. He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Sport Management from East Tennessee State University. Prior to working at Shafer Insurance, Scott spent over 20-years in collegiate athletics administration at The University of Tennessee and East Tennessee State University. Time with his family is his favorite thing, as he and his wife love supporting their two daughters, and try to keep up with their dogs.
